Karim Kaderali, CEO
Karim founded Santa Barbara Axxess in 1999 after graduating from UC Santa Barbara. He’s helped hundreds of business owners over the years and is widely recognized as philanthropic leader within the community and particularly with schools. Karim very much enjoys what he does and is passionate about teaching others how to achieve their entrepreneurial potential. He lives in Santa Barbara, CA with his wife, daughter and son.
Megan Hilton, Vice President
Megan has been with the company since 2002 and has over 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, graphic design and business development. She’s a business person with an artistic side. She lives in Santa Barbara, CA with her husband and son.
April Stroud, Director of Operations
April is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and joined Axxess in 2008 after several years in the hospitality industry. She has over 10 years of experience in operations, customer service, finance and administration. April enjoys all that Santa Barbara has to offer, from the ocean to the mountains, and especially all the delightful restaurants, beaches, shops and parks in between.
Ginelle Bongiorno, Franchisee Training and Support
Ginelle is a northern California native, who joined the Axxess team in early 2012, after graduating from UC Santa Barbara and completing a degree in Sociology with a minor in Exercise and Sports Management. A marketing internship first opened her eyes into pursuing a career in the promotional advertising, and marketing industry. Ginelle loves living in Santa Barbara and during her spare time she enjoys running, hiking, and staying active within the community.
Aaron Mercer, Franchisee Training and Support
Aaron Mercer is a Santa Barbara Native and joined the Axxess team in late 2012. Aaron has five years of advertising sales experience, including one year as the advertising sales manager of two start-up local newspapers. Aaron has a keen understanding of the advertising industry, and is excited to match his skill-set with Axxess. Aaron is a University of California, Davis graduate and enjoys playing/watching basketball in his spare time.
