Karim Kaderali, CEO
Karim founded Santa Barbara Axxess in 1999 after graduating from UC Santa Barbara. He’s helped hundreds of business owners over the years and is widely recognized as philanthropic leader within the community and particularly with schools. Karim very much enjoys what he does and is passionate about teaching others how to achieve their entrepreneurial potential. He lives in Santa Barbara, CA with his wife and daughter.
Megan Hilton, Vice President
Megan has been with the company since 2002 and has over 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, graphic design and business development. She’s a business person with an artistic side. She lives in Santa Barbara, CA with her husband and son.
Jessica Rea, Director of Development
Born and raised on the Central Coast, Jessica came to Santa Barbara to attend UC Santa Barbara and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Global Studies. She joined the Axxess Team in 2008 with a background in sales, marketing, design, and customer service. Like all of the Axxess Team, Jessica is dedicated to serving her clients and is active in the Santa Barbara Community.
April Stroud, Director of Operations
April graduated from UC Santa Barbara and joined Axxess in 2009 after several years in the hospitality industry. She has over 10 years of experience in operations, customer service, finance and administration. April enjoys all that Santa Barbara has to offer, from the ocean to the mountains, and especially all the delightful restaurants, beaches, shops and parks in between.
